It gives me immense pleasure to share my vision for our school through this newsletter.
From its very inception, our institution has been guided by a simple yet powerful belief: quality education should be accessible to every child at an affordable cost. We are committed to creating an environment where academic excellence, character building, and holistic development go hand in hand, ensuring that every student receives the opportunities they deserve to thrive.
One of our core objectives is to nurture confident and capable learners within the school itself. We aspire to build a strong academic foundation and a supportive learning culture that discourages dependence on private tuitions. Through dedicated teachers, innovative teaching practices, and personalized attention, we aim to make the classroom the primary centre of learning and growth.
As we look ahead, a significant milestone awaits us. When our first batch of Class X students graduates in the academic session 2027–28, our aspiration extends far beyond achieving outstanding examination results. While academic success will certainly be a matter of pride, our true measure of achievement will be reflected in the young individuals we send into the world—students who embody integrity, confidence, leadership, and a passion for excellence.
We envision our students making a distinct mark not only in Dehradun but across the entire state, becoming ambassadors of the values and standards that our school represents. Their accomplishments, character, and contributions to society will stand as a testament to the quality of education and nurturing they have received here.

Great pleasure embraces me as I use this forum to communicate with that bracket of society which in togetherness with the school fraternity is entrusted with the mammoth task of chiseling the lives of the future generations. It is our privilege, and a huge responsibility I must add, that we as educators and you as parents shoulder – that of educating the young minds and souls. Collateral learning is the formation of enduring attitudes, the ability to differentiate between good and evil, is as important as many other lessons that are learnt in a classroom! For these attitudes are fundamentally what count in the future. My team at DDPS believes in providing a comprehensive learning experience to our learners which will make education not only an integral part of life but a way of life itself. This institution is carefully trudging up the road of achievements, consistently striving for betterment and carving a niche for itself in the education fraternity. I wish it well for the future and hope to see this institution and its members reach the pinnacle of success.
