Which board and classes does DDPS offer?
DDPS (D.D. Public School) follows the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) curriculum and currently offers classes from Pre-Primary to Class IX. The school is proposed to be extended up to Class X, in line with its vision for continued academic growth and excellence.
What is the teaching approach?
We use Learning by Doing: short demos, hands-on tasks, projects, and reflective discussions. Teachers differentiate activities so fast learners extend their skills while others receive step-by-step support.
How are students assessed?
Assessment blends classwork, notebooks, projects, periodic tests, and term exams. Students receive rubric-based feedback and targeted remedials; parents get action points during PTMs.
Is transport available?
Yes—DDPS operates mapped bus routes with verified drivers/attendants and GPS tracking where available. Stops are finalized based on student clusters and road safety.
Which facilities are available?
Bright classrooms, science & computer labs, library, activity rooms, art & music spaces, smart boards (where applicable), and sports areas. Drinking water points and first-aid kits are regularly checked.
Parent communication
We conduct regular PTMs, send circulars via diary/app, and arrange teacher interactions by appointment. Urgent updates are shared through SMS/app notifications.
